The creek side setting provides a relaxing view out large picture windows in each operatory. The creek is home to birds, squirrels, deer and the occasional fox.
You can expect to be greeted by warm and friendly people. Although we pride ourselves on staying current with technology, we feel that providing you with a comfortable and trusting experience is most important. This starts right from the first phone call when we begin to get to know you. Dr. Block will then listen carefully to your needs and goals and collaborate with you. Working together a plan is developed for you and your family that suits your beliefs, budget, and schedule.
Many of the latest technologies in dentistry have made the experience more convenient and less anxious. The Cerec machine can make a strong, tooth colored crown in about 2 hours. Digital X-rays use less radiation and offer better images. Electric hand pieces are quieter and kinder to your tooth and when noise canceling headphones are used the time seems to pass by more quickly. Dr. Block’s hygienists now employ soft tissue lasers that have reduced the need for surgical gum therapy. During longer appointments movies are offered. For those needing a little more help relaxing, Dr. Block has Nitrous Oxide or can prescribe a mild sedative.
